⏰ Arrive Early

Classes begin promptly on time.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so you have time to check yourself in, find your assigned station, set up your equipment, and be ready to begin on time.

For everyone's safety, late arrivals cannot be admitted once class has started.

🙌 Stay Until The End

Every class has a scheduled ending time. Please choose a class that fits your schedule so you can enjoy the full experience.

Leaving early can disrupt the class, create safety concerns, and leave equipment for our team to reset during already-short class transitions.

Returning your equipment is part of the class experience and helps us keep our schedule running efficiently without reducing the number of classes we can offer.

Thank you for staying until class ends and helping reset your station.

📲 Self Check-In

Checking yourself in is your responsibility.

Please check in using either 📱 The Elite Nation Wellness App or 📍 The Front Desk iPad.

Then find your assigned station, set up your equipment, and get ready to begin.

Our instructors and front desk team may be helping new members, setting up equipment, or assisting clients with recovery services, so please plan to check yourself in before every visit.

📅 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

When you reserve a class, that spot is reserved just for you.

If your plans change, please remove yourself from the class as soon as possible so another member can attend.

LATE CANCELLATION — Within 24 Hours

Memberships:

$15 late-cancel fee + credit forfeited

Credit Packs:

$15 late-cancel fee + credit returned for future use

NO SHOW

Memberships:

$25 no-show fee + credit forfeited

Credit Packs:

$25 no-show fee + credit returned for future use

Please don't remain enrolled in class while messaging us that you can't attend. Keeping your reservation means waitlisted members can't get in.

Because our classes are intentionally small, every reservation matters.

Arrival

First time? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to ensure a smooth check-in and to get acquainted with the studio.

For all clients: If you have not arrived at Elite Nation Wellness by your scheduled class time, you may not be able to join the class. Once a session begins, instructors focus on delivering a seamless experience for those who arrive on time. Additionally, if a client on the waitlist is present at the studio and you are not there by class start time, Elite Nation Wellness reserves the right to offer your spot to the next person in line.

Thank you for your understanding. If you anticipate being late, please call the studio in advance so we can assess the situation and, if feasible, make arrangements for you to join the class. Your punctuality helps us maintain an organized and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

For Group Classes, Small-Group Training, Open Gym, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, The Elite Oasis Experience, Compression Therapy, and Open Reformer, if you late cancel (cancel within 24 hours of the class start time), the following penalties apply:

Membership Holders: A $15 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be forfeited.
Credit Pass Holders: A $15 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

If you no-show, the following penalties apply:

Membership Holders: A $25 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be forfeited.
Credit Pass Holders: A $25 fee will be assessed, and your credit will be returned to your account for future use.

For Private 1:1 Personal Training, Initial 3D Body Scan Consultations, and Progress Scans: If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show for a session, you will forfeit the full value of the session.

Expiration Dates

Each credit purchased at Elite Nation Wellness has a designated expiration date, which cannot be extended under any circumstances due to limitations in our class management software. Expiration periods are as follows:

Group Classes, Small-Group Training, Infrared Sauna Sessions, Compression Therapy Sessions, Cold Plunge Sessions, The Elite Oasis Experience, Open Gym Sessions, and Open Reformer:

1 Credit: 4-week expiration
4 Credits: 8-week expiration
8 Credits: 12-week expiration

Private 1:1 Personal Training, Initial 3D Body Scan Consultations, and Progress Scans:

1 year from the purchase date

Membership Freezing

At this time, Elite Nation Wellness does not offer membership freezes for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Waitlist

Don’t fear the waitlist. Classes at Elite Nation Wellness fill quickly, and we encourage clients to join the waitlist when needed.

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you will receive an email and/or text notification up to one hour before the class begins. Please ensure notifications are enabled in your Elite Nation Wellness app.
If you are on the waitlist but know you cannot attend, please remove yourself to allow others the opportunity to join.
All late cancellation and no-show policies apply to waitlisted clients. If you are added to a class within 24 hours of the start time and cancel or no-show, the same penalties outlined above will apply.

Refunds

At Elite Nation Wellness, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered.

Studio Cleaning

At Elite Nation Wellness, cleanliness is a top priority. In addition to our professional cleaning team providing deep cleaning services, our staff regularly cleans and disinfects equipment and high-touch areas throughout the day. Hand sanitizer stations are available, and proactive handwashing is encouraged to maintain a fresh, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
