If the Elite Nation Wellness mobile application offers the ability to connect to a device or third-party health or fitness service, we will access applicable health or fitness information only after you provide the required authorization or permission.

We use health, fitness, and wellness information to provide and personalize the fitness and wellness Services you request, facilitate fitness and wellness programs, track progress when requested, administer your account and participation in our Services, and provide related mobile application functionality.

Elite Nation Wellness does not sell health or fitness information and does not use health or fitness information for targeted advertising.

We may collect information you provide when you communicate with us through email, telephone, text message, our website, our mobile application, social media, or other communication channels.

You may request deletion of your Elite Nation Wellness account and/or personal information associated with your account at any time.

Please include the name and email address associated with your Elite Nation Wellness account so that we can locate your account and verify your request.

After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account, subject to information that Elite Nation Wellness or our service providers are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

If account-deletion functionality is available directly through the Elite Nation Wellness mobile application, you may also submit a deletion request using that functionality.

Deleting your account or requesting deletion of certain information may affect your ability to access or use certain Elite Nation Wellness Services.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND REQUESTS

SMS TEXT MESSAGING

If you opt in to receive SMS communications from Elite Nation Wellness, we and our communications providers may collect information such as your name, telephone number, messaging preferences, and message history as necessary to provide the SMS service.

We may use SMS to provide notifications, alerts, account or scheduling communications, and marketing communications where you have consented to receive them.

We may share information with service providers as necessary to deliver SMS communications.

SMS consent and mobile information will not be sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
